I'm Bashar Al-Najjar, a Senior Software Engineer based in Amman, Jordan, with 9+ years of experience across mobile and backend development. My work spans native Android and iOS, Flutter, and Node.js and PHP backends — including the services, data models and integrations that mobile applications depend on.

Most recently, I worked as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, leading a cross-functional team across mobile, backend, QA and databases. My responsibilities included technical planning, solution architecture, code reviews, release readiness and production stability, alongside hands-on development.
